World's First LiuGong 8250TE Hybrid Mining Loader Ships Overseas

On July 24, the dispatch ceremony was held for the world's first 8250TE permanent-magnet hybrid mining loader. The flagship machine set off for an overseas market, marking a historic step into large high-end mining equipment and a milestone for Chinese construction equipment in global mining. Senior LiuGong leaders and the loader business attended.

Sixty years, 600,000 machines

In 1966, China's first wheel loader, the Z435, was born at LiuGong, opening the story of an independent Chinese loader industry. Over six decades and six product generations, from the ZL50C and its 200,000-unit sales legend, to the world's first pure-electric 856H-EV and the first unmanned electric mining loader 870HE, and this year's 600,000th machine, the 8110TE, LiuGong has led the Chinese loader industry from catching up to leading.

Moving from earthworks into mining, the 8250TE is the flagship of LiuGong's large mining-equipment work, sixty years of technology applied to heavy-duty mining and a major move into the global high-end mining market under the idea of classic, tough and intelligent loaders.

As global mining shifts toward green and efficient operation, customers demand higher productivity, energy efficiency and lower lifecycle cost. For heavy mine work, the 8250TE uses permanent-magnet hybrid technology to provide strong power, high efficiency and reliable performance, supporting customers in raising operating results.

The flagship sets sail

LiuGong said its loaders have moved over sixty years from pioneering to independent development to green and intelligent leadership, and that the 8250TE is a benchmark for large high-end Chinese mining equipment. The machine is set to work in African mines, opening a new chapter in global development.

As the gate opened and fireworks bloomed, the 8250TE drove out toward overseas mines. LiuGong will continue to expand its large, green and intelligent mining range and upgrade its global marketing and service system to compete in the high-end global mining sector.
