LiuGong Electric Wide-Body Trucks Enter a Conch Cement Zero-Carbon Mine

LiuGong and Conch Cement have worked together for a long time, moving from conventional fuel equipment to new-energy mining machines and fuel-to-electric conversions. Under the national dual-carbon goals and the green, intelligent transformation of mining, Conch has accelerated full electrification of mine work, working with LiuGong to build a replicable model for the zero-carbon mine. Since early 2026, high-level talks and all-electric solution events have produced agreement to deepen green-mine cooperation around electrified equipment.

The DW105AE electric wide-body truck

The delivered DW105AE is a star of LiuGong's electric mining range. With a rated payload of 70 tonnes, it uses a fully hydraulic load-sensing steering system with emergency steering as standard for easier, reliable and safer steering, and a mining-grade traction battery with high energy density, long life and strong safety. It has performed steadily in extreme conditions and is already in batch use at major domestic mines and water projects, winning strong customer recognition.

LiuGong will continue to strengthen on-site technical support, equipment iteration and overseas coordination, working with customers to scale the green-mine transformation and build a new green, low-carbon ecosystem for the building-materials industry.
