Frequently Asked Questions
Answers to the questions overseas buyers ask most often — quotations, customization, shipping, warranty, parts and becoming a dealer.
Quotation & Ordering
How do I get a quotation?
Send the model, quantity, destination port and any configuration requirements via our quote form or email. We reply with a proforma invoice showing price, lead time and terms, usually within 24 hours.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
For complete machines, the MOQ is typically one unit. Parts and accessories can often be supplied in smaller quantities; details are confirmed on the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
Common terms are a deposit to confirm production with the balance before shipment, by T/T bank transfer. Other methods and terms can be discussed for established partners and are stated on the proforma.
How long is production and delivery?
Lead time depends on the model, configuration and quantity, and is confirmed in writing on your proforma. We also indicate the next available shipping schedule to your port.
Products & Customization
Can you customize machines or supply under OEM?
Yes. Configurations, color, branding, attachments and certain specifications can be adapted to your market. Custom requirements are agreed and documented before production.
Which emission standards are available?
Different engine and electric configurations are available to suit regional regulations. Tell us your country and we will recommend a compliant configuration and confirm it in writing.
Are specifications confirmed before ordering?
Yes. The agreed configuration, specifications and included items are listed on the proforma invoice or sales contract so both sides have a clear reference.
Shipping & Import
Which Incoterms do you support?
We commonly quote FOB, CIF, CFR and DAP/DDP terms depending on the destination and your preference. The applicable term is agreed on the quotation.
How is heavy equipment shipped?
Machines are shipped by Roll-on/Roll-off (RoRo), in containers, on flat racks or as break-bulk/bulk, depending on size and route. Our import guide explains the options.
Which shipping documents are provided?
You receive a commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, plus certificate of origin and other documents such as CE/COC where applicable and required for your market.
After-Sales & Partnership
What warranty is included?
New machines include the manufacturer warranty stated in your contract. Period and exclusions vary by model and market; ask us to confirm the terms for your machine.
How do I obtain spare parts after delivery?
Contact your local dealer or our parts team with the model and serial number. Genuine parts can be shipped by courier, air or sea, and consolidated with future orders.
Do you provide operator or technician training?
Support is available through dealers and factory resources, including manuals and guidance for commissioning, operation and maintenance.
How can I become an authorized dealer?
Submit your company profile and territory through the dealer page. We review local capability, customer base and service capacity and follow up directly.
