LiuGong Opens Milin Service Support Center on the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau

As the red curtain was drawn and the plaque revealed to applause, the LiuGong Milin service support center began operating, and a three-dimensional service network covering the full plateau century project took shape. From this point, LiuGong's tailored 1-2-3 service network is fully in place.

The 1-2-3 plateau service network

1 Nyingchi command center, the regional technical hub and dispatch brain; 2 forward parts stores at Milin and Motuo, moved precisely forward; and 3 frontline service stations at Milin, Paizhen and Motuo working together.

The center, a key move in the 1-2-3 resource strategy, marks an upgrade of LiuGong's service system for major plateau projects. Covering nearly 300 square metres, it holds ample parts stock, with parts and staffing specially adapted to the project.

An experienced service task force is now in place, carrying out standardised service delivery with accurate parts reserves, traceable work orders, full professional tooling, operator training and periodic on-site checks for closed-loop management.

The center also uses the connected-vehicle big-data platform for predictive maintenance and early warning, the LG SIS service system for precise repair guidance, and 24/7 standby, using digital and intelligent tools to keep equipment running and customers working without interruption.

LiuGong will keep strengthening local plateau service, working with all participating units and contributing intelligent green equipment and reliable service to the steady progress of the century project.
