22 LiuGong DW90A Wide-Body Haul Trucks Delivered for an Open-Pit Coal Mine

Twenty-two LiuGong DW90A wide-body haul trucks were handed over at a ceremony in Inner Mongolia, with the new LiuGong Hummer units delivered for overburden stripping at an open-pit coal mine.

The customer had worked in coal mining for seven or eight years using other brands. As the mine upgraded and demands on quality and efficiency rose, the old extensive model no longer fit, so it focused on lifecycle cost, service support and value creation, seeking lower fault rates, lower maintenance cost and higher attendance.

Mining is the true test of equipment. Through daily contact with LiuGong customers at the mine, the customer learned that LiuGong wide-body trucks offer low fuel use, high efficiency, safety, reliability and comfortable operation, with low fault rates and timely service, so LiuGong stood out and won an order for 22 trucks at once, with the customer indicating it may add up to 50.
